My name is Ady and I am a cardiologist and a multimodality imaging fellow. 
I would like to ask this amazing forum, what would be your number one advise to women like me, doing this scary transition from fellow to staff.

Hey welcome to this group. It is phenomenal how we are all connecting from all over.

I think my advice is- be confident in yourself and confidently present yourself. You have come so far already. Find someone you trust in your institute or outside to help you through the first few weeks or months when you are starting out. It is normal to second guess yourself and it is ok if you need a second opinion when you start signing your name on reports just for reassurance even for simple and straight forward things.
